A contemporary of Henry Moore, Yorkshire-born Barbara Hepworth has made Cornwall her home. This film by John Read examines how the Cornish landscapes have influenced Hepworth's work, and the artist takes us through the planning stages in the creation of her sculptures.

Revealing and complex exploration of Barbara Hepworth's work features two parallel soundtracks. One is taken entirely from the artist's own words, drawn from interviews and letters, and newly recorded by Gina McKee.

Barbara is a young girl who makes the painful discovery that she is just like everyone else. Her one dominant desire is to “be somebody”, but she really doesn’t know how this can be done. She tries to be “a leader”, but becomes dissatisfied with that and then tries to separate herself from the crowd – but soon "the crowd" attempts to be more like her. Sage advice from her uncle – that she is already “somebody” – satisfies Barbara to be herself.

Our Barbara: A Special Edition of 2020, a two-hour primetime special, will feature Walters’ most groundbreaking and iconic interviews, never-before-seen behind-the-scenes footage of Walters, and interviews with Bob Iger, David Muir, Diane Sawyer, Deborah Roberts, Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos, among others, according to the network. ABC News will profile Walters’ prolific life and legacy, including making history as the first woman to co-anchor network morning and evening newscasts and paving the way for women in broadcast journalism.

An old woman in Frederick, Maryland during the U.S. Civil War displays her American flag in defiance of the armies of Confederate general Thomas J. Jackson. Based on the folk tale that grew from the poem by John Greenleaf Whittier.

Inspired by the 1980s American soap opera, Santa Barbara, Svetlana became a mail-order bride from post-Soviet Russia to America. She took her two children with her to California to meet a stranger, a man who would soon become her husband and father to her children. The film brings together the audition process, behind- the-scenes footage, archival home movies, scripted scenes, and an interview with the director's mother, Svetlana. This project is an immersive form of visual storytelling that employs memory and performance in equal measure to show the journey of immigrating to America.

After being away from the country for a couple of years, Barbara returns to attend the funeral of her younger sister, Karen. As she assumes the duties of her sister's daughter Isabelle, she falls in love again with James, her brother-in-law who also happened to be her ex-boyfriend. As the three form a semblance of a family, Karen's ghost comes back and slowly haunts them. The haunting progresses as Karen starts to brainwash Isabelle through her doll, Sally. Will Karen succeed in carrying out her cold revenge? Or, will Barbara escape from her sister's vengeful retribution?
